- Competitive compensation: $65,000–$95,000 (based on caseload/experience)

- Provide therapy for children (10 ), teens, families, and adults
- Evaluate, diagnose, and maintain treatment plans
- Deliver excellent client care with creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-based culture
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Active LLPC, LPC, LLMSW or LMSW license in Michigan
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience in private practice strongly preferred
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical notes
- Comfort working with diverse populations (children, teens a plus)
- Tech-savvy (Office 365 & EHR experience; Valant is a plus)
- Healthy boundaries and professional presence
- Full-time caseload averaging 25 client sessions per week
- In-office counseling required at least 4 days/week
- Regular 1:1s with Clinical Supervisor monthly team meetings
