What We Are Looking For
- Full-Time status clinicians who maintain a caseload of a target of 25 client visits per week
- A Clinician who is driven to make connections in the community in order to build a caseload full of their ideal clients
- Someone who is enthusiastic about working with other therapists in a supportive environment
- A Clinician who wants to work with children ages 5 and up

- Evaluating clients and constructing mental health diagnosis, creating and maintaining treatment plans, completing ongoing documentation, and billing (to some extent).
- Providing excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
- Attending and participating in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to obtain licensure in their designated field in Georgia
- Candidates should have associate, clinical licensure, or be on licensure track (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice in Georgia
- Required experience with completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
