We're seeking licensed or soon-to-be licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who are passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Clinicians have opportunities to provide individual, couples, family, group, and telehealth services while working with a diverse client population.
Preferred Licensure
- LMFT or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- Candidates working toward full LMFT licensure are encouraged to apply
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy services
- Maintain a caseload of 27 sessions per week for full-time clinicians
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, case managers, and community supports as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and training opportunities
- Use creative interventions to help clients make meaningful progress
- Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Behavioral Science, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Active Georgia LMFT or AMFT licensure
- 2 years of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Valant experience is a plus
- Insurance credentialing experience is preferred
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening
- A good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
