Who We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a self-starter and high-performing leader who balances compassion with accountability. As Clinic Coordinator of Ellie Mental Health, you’ll lead by:
- Building and managing a high-performing clinic
- Partnering with the Clinic Manager and Supervisor to guide staff to meet performance expectations and develop professionally
- Take part in community outreach, marketing and social media efforts to expand the clinic’s presence
- Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 18 - 20 billable clients per week
- Manage onboarding and guide new hires through orientation and development.
- Coordinates with supervisors to ensure new hires receive appropriate clinical guidance, EllieMatch setup, and scheduling support.
- Fully understand, uphold and keep current all Ellie operations and policies.
- Support staff in building and maintaining their caseload (begins 4 weeks before start date) and partner with the CM and Supervisor to support them in meeting performance expectations.
- Under the direction of the Clinic Manager, prepare quarterly reviews and partner with the Clinic Supervisor to provide 1:1 consultation with all therapists to review productivity, caseload, retention, and clinical documentation quarterly
- Manage staff performance, including Performance Coaching, in partnership with Clinic Manager and Clinic Supervisor.
- Create an awesome culture that fosters collaboration, inclusion and fun.
- Respond promptly to concerns raised by clients, clinicians, or external stakeholders.
- Serve as point of contact for building management related issues or concerns and supply needs.
- Attend outreach events.
- Manage the clinic’s online and social media presence to promote Ellie’s mission and ensure the community knows who we are.
- Weekly review and updates of Psychology Today, EllieMatch, Uberall, Google Business, and other social media platforms
- Master’s Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
- Independently licensed with a Maryland - issued clinical practice license - LCPC, LCSW-C
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and executive skill sets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
