- Centralized admin support (billing, credentialing, scheduling)
- Flexible schedules & manageable caseloads
- Competitive pay commission & paid CEU time

- Provide individual and group therapy for youth
- Develop and manage treatment plans and documentation
- Maintain 15 weekly sessions (part-time) or 25 (full-time)
- Collaborate with a dynamic, mission-driven team
- Support clients using creative and culturally informed approaches
- Master’s in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience working with children, teens, and families
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfort with diverse populations and EHR systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Supervisor-eligible
- Bilingual or certified in youth-focused modalities
- Familiarity with local community resources
