Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist, based in Springboro, Ohio, with flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods to support clients’ mental health goals. The role also involves documenting sessions accurately and participating in regular team consultations to ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
Qualifications
- Licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent therapist credentials in Ohio.
- Proficiency in conducting clinical assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in providing evidence-based therapy approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate clinical records.
