Join the compassionate and creative, locally owned and operated Ellie Mental Health clinic in Centerville or Springboro OH! We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. We believe the quality of the clinician's experience is central to providing top-teir mental health services. We are specifically looking to round out our team by bringing on an EMDR trained therapist to provide EMDR services.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range $35-$55 an hour (based on qualifications)

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Social worker (LSW or LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT or IMFT), or Licensed Counselor (LPC or LPCC) at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week (for full time status, 15 for PT)
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Participate in clinic marketing, outreach, and networking community events
  
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Candidates must have clinical licensure in their field in OH (e.g. LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
