What You’ll Do

Community Outreach & Marketing

• Build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
• Attend events to promote Ellie and increase awareness.
• Represent Ellie with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  
  
  

Clinical Supervision

• Review clinician charts monthly for quality and compliance.
• Provide weekly or biweekly supervision depending on licensure level.
• Monitor caseloads, staffing needs, and schedules.
• Support clinicians through coaching and feedback.
  
  
  

Client Care

• Maintain a small caseload using evidence-based practices.
• Provide compassionate, timely communication to clients and partners.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and providers for coordinated care.
  
  
  

Productivity & Documentation

• Complete documentation within 2 business days.
• Create treatment plans within 30 days; review every 90 days.
• Maintain 12 active clients and at least 10 billable hours weekly.
  
  
  

Ethics & Compliance

• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
• Stay current on legal and regulatory updates.
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and billing.
  
  
  

Professional Development

• Lead staff training and support clinical growth.
• Complete required trainings and licensure renewals.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
  
  
  

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
• Independent NM licensure (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPAT)
• 2 years post- independent licensure experience
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred
• Must hold or obtain NM RLD supervisory designation
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
• Experience with children, adolescents, or adults
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and complete timely documentation
• Proficient in EHR systems and general office technology
• Must be credentialed with commercial and Medicaid insurance panels
• Must pass a CYFD background check
