- Evaluate mental health, implement treatment, and complete ongoing documentation.
- For Full-Time status, clinicians must schedule a minimum of 29 client visits per week
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and take part in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Contribute to a collaborative and tight-knit team culture
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LSW) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Ability to pass a background check
- This position is in Allentown, PA with a hybrid work schedule
- We are hiring for MULTIPLE positions at this location
- This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director
