- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

- Understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
