We seek a DC-licensed Mental Health Supervisor passionate about clinical leadership, therapist supervision, staff development, and high-quality mental health care.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to graduate-level clinicians and counseling interns, consistent with licensure requirements.- Guide case conceptualization, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy.
- Promote ethical practice, clinical documentation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention.
- Lead clinical consultation, staff training, and professional development.
- Support clinician performance, growth, and retention.
- Partner with leadership on clinical quality, team culture, and program development.
- Maintain a full-time therapy caseload alongside supervisory duties.

Qualifications

- Experience in clinical supervision, therapist mentoring, or behavioral health consultation preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical ethics, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
