About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with either an LMSW or LGPC license to join our team at Ellie Mental Health in our Baltimore - Cross Keys clinic. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Maintain caseload of 28 - 30 clients weekly.
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and support
- Complete thorough assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
Requirements:
- LMSW or LGPC license in the state of Maryland
