What You’ll Do
- Evenings and Weekends Flex Schedule
- Complete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 20 scheduled sessions and minimum 16 completed visits weekly.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve access to care in our community
- Use evidence-based and creative interventions to support client goals
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as needed
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and team activities
- Active Idaho licensed (LMFT, LAMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, LMSW)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership presence
- Comfortable with technology and EHR system
- Experience managing documentation and client financial conversations
- Credentialed with major insurance panels and/or bringing an established caseload
- Experience working across diverse populations and age groups

Salary : $68,000 - $100,000
