Ellie Mental Health in Greenwood Village is a clinician led and veteran owned practice that is structured to remove many of the daily obstacles of a provider. We believe taking great care of our providers is a critical to therapist wellness and better clinical outcomes in mental health.
Who Are We Looking For?
The perfect candidate is driven, accountable, and a problem solver that shares our passion for improving and expanding access to quality outpatient mental health care. They will have a demonstrated history of clinical practice and / or other professional experience (e.g., their own military service or having been part of a military family) that gives them a fluent understanding of military culture. They will also be open to working with clients outside of the military and veteran community. They relish working with autonomy and flexibility, while being accountable owners of their own success. Opportunities are available for in-person individual, couples, family, and group therapy services, both in-person and via telehealth. This allows for a hybrid clinician schedule to collaborate with the team in the clinic some days and work from home on others!

What You Can Expect From Us :
- Highly competitive target compensation between $70,000-$85,000 depending on your licensing, experience, language proficiency, and the volume of mental health services you provide

NOTE : This opening is at our Full-Time Pay Level 3, defined as a fully independently licensed clinician with less than 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience. If you are not yet fully licensed, please do not apply unless you will have full / unrestricted clinical licensure by April 2025, with a valid license to practice in the state of Colorado.
