In this role, you would bring EAI's design vision to life across multi-family projects nationwide, translating creative intent into buildable, beautiful spaces that residents want to call home. You own the journey from concept through construction, ensuring every detail reflects our aesthetic.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Experience in Multi-Family design or similar strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years minimum experience in Interior Design required
  • Construction Documentation (Revit and AutoCAD)
  • Detailed knowledge of finishes, Lighting, plumbing, hardware and furniture selections and vendors
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Positive communication skills and attitude
  • Connection to EAI aesthetic and brand
  • Strong initiative and ability to adapt to a small and fast-growing company
  • Detailed understanding of the construction documentation process
  • Detailed understanding of the construction administration process; onsite knowledge and ability to thoroughly review shop drawings
  • Detailed understanding of the complete design process and supporting design principles, theories, color, and materials
  • Perform Quality Control exercises on one's own work
  • Graphic and presentation skills in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Enscape, Powerpoint and SketchUp
  • Self-started mentality and able to anticipate the project's needs and next steps.
  • Individual must thrive in an environment that does not encourage micromanaging tendencies. Ability to self regulate tasks is a must.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in teams and independently.
  • Willingness to travel - we have many exciting projects all over the country.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA-accredited


University (Required)
