Overview
Ellicott Development is searching for a general Commercial maintenance technician to perform maintenance work on commercial properties both interior and exterior throughout Olean, New York. This person would be responsible for a variety of work including basic carpentry, painting, plumbing with electrical knowledge a plus. Ability to operate snowplow and related snow removal equipment safely and efficiently needed. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable work ethic.
