Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for ongoing and new projects.
- Analyze business models, workflows, and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure effective communication.
- Understand project vision, scope, and objectives for new systems, services, and software solutions.
- Support testing, implementation, and production support phases of the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for decision-making.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in Business Analysis.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
