Platform Consultant–

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Platform Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on assisting our organization in the implementation, daily operation, and optimization of portfolio management platforms specifically designed to support wealth management firms and registered investment advisors (RIAs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management technology and experience within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation Support: Assist in the setup and configuration of portfolio management platforms to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Operational Assistance: Provide ongoing support for daily operations, including troubleshooting and resolving platform-related issues.
• Optimization: Analyze platform usage and identify opportunities for enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures for platform usage.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our client facing team members to gather feedback and implement improvements based on user experience and operational needs.
• Platform Updates: Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure our team is utilizing the tools effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in operations analysis, financial analysis, or a related role, preferably within the fintech industry.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical team members.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and support colleagues in achieving common goals.
• Initiative: Quick learner who takes initiative and is proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diverse Platform Experience: Familiarity with portfolio management platforms (Black Diamond, Orion, Addepar, and Tamarac) is a plus.
• Financial Services: Experience working directly with RIAs or in the Financial Services Industry
