As a Client Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Commercial Insurance team, helping support businesses with their day-to-day insurance needs. You’ll work alongside experienced Client Managers and Client Executives while learning the industry from the ground up.
Already licensed? Great. Not licensed? That’s okay, too. You’ll be required to obtain your Nebraska Property & Casualty insurance license after joining our team, and we’ll pay for the licensing process and provide the support you need to get there.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll help keep our clients and internal teams moving by:
- Processing insurance documents, policy changes, renewals, certificates, proofs of insurance, and cancellations
- Keeping client and policy information accurate and up to date in our systems
- Communicating with insurance carriers and underwriters
- Assisting with quoting, policy issuance, billing, and claims-related requests
- Supporting Client Managers and Client Executives with day-to-day client needs
- Tracking requests and following through to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identifying and helping resolve issues before they become bigger problems
- Providing accurate, timely service that contributes to a great client experience
What We’re Looking For
You do not need previous insurance experience to be considered. We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and foundational skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through
- Comfortable communicating with clients, coworkers, and outside partners
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Willing to obtain a Nebraska Property & Casualty insurance license after hire
An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
Previous insurance experience or familiarity with systems such as Applied Epic, Zywave, ModMaster, Rough Notes, or IRMI is also a plus — but we can teach insurance to the right person.
