Role Description
We are looking for an R&D Manager to lead our new product initiatives. In this role, you'll drive innovation and formulation for new products, playing a key part in shaping our product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring innovative product ideas to life, from concept to production.
- Identify new product opportunities, analyze industry trends, and manufacturers/vendors for ingredients and formulations.
- Lead the formulation and development of new products.
- Identify and collaborate with diverse R&D suppliers and partners to bring in new ingredients, delivery formats, and emerging technologies.
- Manage product specifications throughout the lifecycle, ensuring scientific accuracy, inclusivity in formulation, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in dietary supplement R&D, product development, or formulation.
- Strong understanding of nutrition science and ingredient interactions for optimal effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
