Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site teaching role located in Rochester, MN. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in alignment with ELL Advocates’ progressive curriculum. Key responsibilities include implementing data-driven teaching strategies, crafting project-based learning activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additionally, the Teacher will undergo regular training to stay updated on innovative teaching methods and receive continuous support from the ELL Advocates team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Lesson Planning and developing educational strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in Education and Teaching, particularly in diverse and inclusive environments
- Effective Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Training experience or willingness to learn and apply data-driven interventions
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering student growth through STEAM education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required); teaching certification or licensure is a plus
- Experience with project-based or STEAM-focused teaching methods preferred
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs of students
