This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Studies Teacher located in Shakopee, MN. The Social Studies Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, teaching world history, and other social studies subjects to middle school students. The role involves curriculum development, delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- World History and Social Studies teaching skills
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Proven experience teaching Middle School students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Social Studies, or a related field
- Teaching certification or licensure in Social Studies is preferred
