- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Daily managing of subcontractors
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Document daily progress and conditions at job site
- Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
- Planning and executing successful projects
Job Qualifications
- Must have good working knowledge of construction and safety procedures
- Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, planning and organizational skills
- Proven working experience in project management
- Must be familiar with field operations associated with roofing
- Experience with all types of roofing systems preferred but not required.
