Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's degree in criminal justice, social work, or behavioral science required, Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of treatment programs and services available to participants from other government, social, and private agencies with ability to maintain and apply knowledge of evidence-based practices and cognitive based curriculum
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Ability to supervise and direct assigned staff
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen
