What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations on commercial construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and resources to meet deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Oversee budgeting and cost-control processes
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
- Use project management software for documentation and team collaboration
- Communicate clearly with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare and deliver progress updates to stakeholders
