Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Regency Apartments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations. After 90 days of work, potential for work at other properties in the Goodwater and Lineville area. This position is 10-99. Maintenance Personnel must use their own tools or the tools and items provided by the site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance tasks to keep facilities in good working order
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance concerns promptly
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Drywall Repair and ability to paint
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Proficiency in electrical and plumbing
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Experience with drywall installation.
