Duties
- Prepare and assemble meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and menu plans, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating with precision and care
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes
- Serve meals efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service to residents or guests
- Support catering events by assisting with meal setup, presentation, and cleanup
- Follow all kitchen safety protocols, including proper knife skills and equipment use, to prevent accidents

Requirements
- Knowledge of meal prep, and food safety regulations
- Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus
