- Certification (A valid California Child Development Associate Teacher Permit)
- Copy of Transcript (Other (OFFICIAL Transcript - Must indicate 48 semester units or more with a C- or better. Individuals who have completed college or university institution in a country other than the U.S. must obtain and attach a completed Evaluation of Foreign Transcripts.)) OR Paraprofessional Testing ( Paraeducator Certification, such as the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Paraeducator Certification OR Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Certification from EGUSD or ANY district. - CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid CPR and 1st Aid Certificate. Must be a Pediatric certification that is either through the American Red Cross or EMSA approved.)
- Other (Immunization Record: MMR (once in lifetime) and TDAP(within 10 years).)
