What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
- Inspect and test vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards
- Document repair recommendations and completed work with precision
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Stay current with Subaru and LAD training, tools, and technology
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Subaru experience preferred (but not required)
- ASE certifications a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
