Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator (Bilingual) will manage and grow Elk Grove Power Sports’ online presence across multiple platforms. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to engage a diverse customer base and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Scheduling
- Develop and publish engaging posts (text, images, videos) for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Translate and localize content for English and Spanish audiences.

Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly in both languages.
- Build relationships with followers and influencers to increase brand loyalty.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Collaboration
- Work closely with sales and service teams to promote promotions, events, and inventory updates.
- Coordinate with management to align social media strategy with business goals.

Trend Monitoring
- Stay current on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to boost engagement.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience: 1–2 years in social media management or digital marketing.
