What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Business Development Center Representative position at Elk Grove Chevrolet?
Elk Grove Chevrolet is looking for a full time service BDC (Business Development Center) for our busy service department. You need to handle incoming phone calls in a pleasant and effective manner along with calling existing customers to schedule service appointments and customer follow-up. You must be organized, friendly and outgoing with the ability to multi-task while providing exceptional customer service. Computer skills are necessary and miscellaneous clerical work will also be required. You will also help with our receptionist if necessary for lunches and breaks. Schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
