Job Summary

Elizabeth Seton Memory Care is a 12 bed Dementia Unit
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Personal Care Aide to join our team during the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional personal care and support to residents in a long-term care. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained at all times. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques
• Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts and other mobility aids safely and effectively
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being and social interaction
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control standards are met
• Support residents during emergencies or health crises by following established protocols and assisting with first aid when necessary
