We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Your ability to collaborate with team members and effectively communicate will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the establishment, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the POS system, including Aloha POS, for processing transactions.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Provide assistance to customers by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations to encourage upselling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Handle cash register operations, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating teamwork and collaboration at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food or restaurants is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Linga POS, is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Culinary knowledge or interest is beneficial for assisting customers effectively.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
