We are seeking highly qualified musicians with an understanding of music theory who exemplify professionalism and transparency, with strong communication skills, a desire to grow in teaching skills, and a passion for seeing students grow in their understanding of music.
Expectations
- Complete understanding and utilization of school curriculum to prepare for each lesson
- Teaching in alignment with our company values & mission
- Logging lessons by end of day on Student Portal
- Communication/Transparency in all regards including, but not limited to: communicating schedule changes, availability, make-up lessons, asking questions when unsure of something, etc.
- Recital prep & attendance in December and May
- Maintain company communication posted in Slack
- Instructor development assignments via lesson audio recordings, lesson forms, performance reviews, etc.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $52.50 per hour
