Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet high standards of cleanliness
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces efficiently and thoroughly
- Organize cluttered areas and ensure all rooms are tidy and presentable for clients
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
- Complete cleaning checklists and report any maintenance issues or damages observed during service
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation to reach different client locations as scheduled
