What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Specialist (Bilingual) position at Elizabeth Rosario Law, PLC?
We are a U.S. immigration law firm hiring two Bilingual Client Accounts Specialists for our Charlotte office. English and Spanish fluency is required.
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on-site
$18 an hour plus an incentive on every account you collect; experienced collectors earn $60,000 or more a year

What you will do:
• Call, email, and text clients about their account, starting with how they are doing
• Agree payment arrangements clients can keep, and confirm them in writing
• Follow up when a payment is missed, promptly and respectfully
• Resolve billing questions with our finance and legal teams
• Keep complete, same-day records and a daily activity log
• Protect every client's information, every time
