Customer Service Representative (State Farm Agent Team Member)
Location: West Columbia, SC (In-person)
Schedule: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Mon–Thu; 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Fri (No weekends)
Compensation: $15–$25/hour monthly commissions
Benefits: Health stipend PTO

What you’ll do:
- Provide friendly, professional support to customers with:
- policy changes
- coverage questions
- billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy updates
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure questions are resolved and next steps are completed
- Identify potential gaps in coverage and proactively recommend insurance options to help customers protect what matters most
What we’re looking for
- A strong customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Licensing requirements
- Must have a Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Must have a Life & Health license OR be willing to obtain both immediately upon hire
