Great work environment!!! JOIN our team!! Elizabeth Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. As an LPN in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a key role in providing direct patient care, supporting residents’ daily health needs, and working collaboratively with our nursing and rehabilitation staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor residents’ health status and report changes to RNs and physicians
Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care delivery
Document all care provided and ensure records are up to date and accurate
Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory policies
Support residents’ emotional and physical well-being through respectful and attentive care
Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Current CPR certification (required)
Long-term care or rehabilitation facility experience (preferred)
Excellent clinical and documentation skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to resident-centered care
