Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide brides through the entire gown selection process, building strong relationships and meeting monthly sales goals.
- Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of current industry trends, designers, fabrics, silhouettes, and accessories.
- Client Management: Manage continuous communication regarding order deadlines and alterations; book appointments using salon software.
- Salon Standards: Merchandise the floor, organize stock, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in bridal sales or luxury retail is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and select weekdays.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and a top-notch work ethic.
