Responsibilities include:
- Greet all residents, families, guests, and visitors with a warm smile and welcome.
- Operate telephone system as required, and answer calls in a calm, inviting tone.
- Receive requests within the facility and locate personnel.
- Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service.
- Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules.
- Complete clerical tasks such as filing and documentation, if applicable.
