Overview
Eliza’s Energy Source, The Fitness Creators is searching for a visionary Assistant Wellness Coordinator to lead our comprehensive wellness and fitness company. This leadership role will focus on enhancing employee and community participants’ well-being, promoting a healthy culture, and ensuring that our wellness initiatives align with our organizational goals. You will drive innovative programs that foster mental, physical, and emotional health, ensuring that wellness and fitness are embedded into our overall employee and community participants’ experience.
Responsibilities are to assist the Wellness Director with the following
· Oversee and enhance a holistic wellness strategy that addresses the diverse needs of our clientele, enhancing productivity and engagement.
· Champion a culture of well-being across the organization through communication, training, and resources.
· Develop and implement a strategic wellness and fitness program that aligns with organizational goals and needs.
· Manage a team of wellness and fitness professionals.
· Conduct assessments and surveys to gauge the needs and program effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
· Utilize analytics to assess program effectiveness and adapt strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.
· Foster partnerships with external wellness vendors and healthcare providers to expand program offerings.
· Design and deliver training and resources to enhance participants’ knowledge and participation in wellness and fitness initiatives.
· Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and elevate our programs.
· Develop and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events that engage participants and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
· Evaluate program effectiveness through metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Create, post, and monitor social media promotional material.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in health science, exercise science, health promotion, or a related field.
· National Certification in fitness, wellness, health promotion, or related fields.
· Strong knowledge of health and wellness trends, practices, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
· Experience working in a corporate environment.
· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure program impact.
· Certification in CPR.
· Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
· 2 years of experience in Wellness and Fitness program management or a related role
· A demonstrated track record of successful program implementation and evaluation
· Proven social media skill set utilizing technology and tracking
· Certification in First Aid
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
· Proficient in wellness and fitness program management software and health assessment tools.
· Experience with digital platforms and applications.
· Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance related to health information.
