Role Description The Director at Authencoach LLC is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing strategic direction, operations, and service quality. On a day-to-day basis, the Director will define and refine business strategies, set priorities, and monitor progress against goals. This role includes guiding coaching and advisory initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high professional standards. The Director will collaborate with team members and partners, manage key projects, review performance metrics, and support business development activities. The position requires regular virtual meetings, clear communication, and proactive leadership in a flexible schedule.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team guidance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching, consulting, advisory services, or related professional services is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with digital collaboration tools, remote work practices, and virtual client or team interactions.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, foster trust, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, psychology, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in leadership or coaching are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to evolving business needs on a part-time schedule.
