The Opportunity
This is a four-day-per-week employee position inside our clinic.
The role blends naturopathic / functional medicine practice with participation in our ketamine-assisted therapy program, which supports patients experiencing profound shifts in stress, mental health, relationships, and life direction.

Compensation begins as an hourly and per encounter employee position while your patient panel grows, transitioning to a salaried structure once patient volume thresholds are met.

Who You Are
Experienced & Confident Ideally 5 years out of school with strong clinical judgment and patient rapport.
Licensed Naturopathic Physician or Nurse Practitioner Current Oregon ND/NP license with malpractice coverage.
DEA Licensed (or eligible) Required for ketamine prescribing. Must complete Oregon’s required ketamine prescriber training if not already certified.
Curious About Transformational Medicine Experience with ketamine-assisted therapy is preferred, but genuine curiosity and openness to the work is equally important.

What We OfferCompensation & Growth Path
We believe compensation should reflect both the depth of your work and the impact you create for patients.
Your compensation is designed to reward both consistency and growth, while providing a clear path toward long-term income stability and strong earning potential.
Phase 1: Build Your Panel (Per Encounter Hourly Support) As you establish your patient base, compensation is structured per billable encounter. Additional compensation includes $35/hour for administrative, training, and marketing time.
This phase allows you to ramp up at a sustainable pace while still being compensated for all meaningful work.
Phase 2: Salary Transition (Stability Benefits) Once you reach consistent patient volume (approximately 25 patients per week sustained over 3 months), you transition to:
- $80,000 base salary
- Eligibility for monthly performance bonuses
- Paid time off and expanded benefits
This transition is designed to provide predictable income, reduced financial pressure, and long-term stability.
Ongoing Bonus Structure (Performance-Based Upside)In addition to base compensation, providers are eligible for monthly bonuses based on visit volume and efficiency:
- Tier 1: $1,000/month
- Tier 2: $2,000/month
- Tier 3: $3,000/month
Plus:
- Consistency bonus: Additional $1,000 for sustained high performance over multiple months
→Total earning potential: ~$80,000–$120,000 annually, with strong upside as your panel grows.
