Job Type: Flexible - Full time preferred once patient base established
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 based on volume
The Opportunity
This unique opening is driven by both clinical growth and a joyful team transition. Due to high patient demand, we are actively expanding our groundbreaking Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) program. Simultaneously, one of our beloved doctors recently welcomed a baby and is transitioning into a remote advisory role.
We are seeking a licensed naturopathic physician or nurse practitioner to step into a primary care role with an active waitlist, who also has a passion or interest in our groundbreaking KAT work.
We handle the administrative side to prevent burnout, so you can focus entirely on your practice and enjoy the world-class mountain lifestyle Central Oregon has to offer.
About The Clinic
Elixir is an integrative wellness clinic dedicated to helping people achieve lasting health through innovative, root-cause, whole-person care. In this role, your practice will center around three core pillars:
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT): Work alongside our growing program to support comprehensive, medically supervised KAT for depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic stress, and burnout. Help clients harness neuroplasticity, integrating medicine sessions with somatic and psychotherapeutic frameworks to help professionals and individuals repair and strengthen their nervous systems.
- Naturopathic Medicine: Combine science-based holistic medicine with modern medical care to support the body's innate capacity to heal, focusing heavily on prevention and resilience.
- Functional Medicine: Identify and treat the root causes of illness, not just symptoms. Create personalized, evidence-informed care plans considering nutrition, hormones, gut health, genetics, lifestyle, sleep, stress, and environmental factors.
- Additional providers: The clinic also features expertise in massage, chiropractic services and more!

What Your Week Looks Like
- Flexible Scheduling: We are open to both full-time and part-time options depending on your ideal work-life balance.
- The Workflow: Your days will split between naturopathic medicine and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy intake sessions as part of our transformational healing program.
We’re Looking For:
- Licensed: Current Oregon naturopathic medical or nurse practitioner license (or close eligibility) with active malpractice insurance. We welcome applications from practitioners looking to relocate to Bend from other parts of Oregon!
- Prescribing Authority: DEA license (or eligibility) to prescribe ketamine. Must complete or be willing to complete Oregon’s 6-hour ketamine prescriber training for naturopathic physicians..
- Transformational Mindset: Passionate about or interested in learning Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, somatic experiencing, or integration work.
- Team Player: You thrive in an interdisciplinary environment and value community building in Central Oregon.
💡 Note on Training: If you aren't yet fully skillec and knowledgeable in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy but have the passion, our existing clinical framework and program director oversight offer a clear, hands-on path to get you confident in this new aspect of practice.
