Nurse Practitioner (FNP) — Urgent Care
Family Urgent Care (Elixir Healthcare, LLC)
6202 Hwy 6, Suite C, Missouri City, TX 77459 (on-site)
Pay: $60–80/hour on a 1099 basis, based on experience
Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for full-time
Employment: 1099 contract — full-time preferred (40 hrs/week) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus; part-time and PRN welcome
Walk-in urgent care serving the Missouri City / Sugar Land area. Physician owner/Medical Director Dr. Nada provides clinical oversight (not on site), with collaborating physician support.
Schedule: Clinic hours 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, closed Sundays. Shifts can be split or two NPs can cover around their schedules — flexible; no overnight calls. Growth potential into a lead/site clinical role.
Must-haves:
• Active Texas APRN license
• FNP-C or FNP-BC certification
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Current BLS
• Authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship)
Preferred:
• Urgent care, ER, or primary care experience (strong new graduates considered)
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• CCM/RPM experience a plus
• Comfortable with high walk-in volumes
• Lives within a reasonable commute of Missouri City, TX
