Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Queens, NY (Long Island City) – Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
The ideal candidate will have experience managing Paid Search or Paid Social campaigns, with exposure to consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce brands. This role focuses on campaign management, performance optimization, and client collaboration, rather than people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels
- Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Prepare and share campaign performance reports and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful marketing strategies
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure campaign goals are achieved
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- Experience working with consumer goods / retail / e-commerce brands
- Agency experience preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Excel, and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluency in English
