Operating Room (OR) Technician – Full Joint Experience and Robotics
Location: St. Helena
Schedule: Weekdays 5x8 hour shift
Compensation: $1800/week
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Tech in St. Helena, California. Must have experience in full joint replacement and robotics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting complex joint and robotic-assisted cases, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and efficient surgical operations within a high-performing perioperative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for joint and robotic-assisted procedures.
- Assist surgeons by anticipating needs and managing instruments, supplies, and robotic components during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field and uphold the highest standards of aseptic and infection control practices.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, circulating nurses, and other OR personnel.
- Ensure timely cleaning, sterilization, and readiness of all surgical instruments and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of OR Tech experience
- Joint replacement experience
- Robotic experience
- Current BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Scrub technician experience
- Operating room experience and/or training course
- Surgery Technician certification
