Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a BDC Agent. The BDC Agent will be responsible for professionally handling inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, scheduling appointments, assisting with lead follow-ups, and supporting sales teams by ensuring smooth communication processes. The role requires the agent to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and exemplary Customer Service skills
- Strong ability in Phone Etiquette to engage positively with customers
