We are seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatricians to join our growing team. We currently have three openings due to expansion of services.

Position Details:

  • Your choice: 100% outpatient or OP/IP combo
  • 20-25 ppd
  • No procedures required

Compensation Benefits:

  • Base salary $260k per encounter
  • 10% employer retirement contribution after 1 year
  • Willing to license and mentor
  • Eligible for CA loan repayment programs - PSLF 
  • Accepting visa and J1 candidates

  • 15-min to Pismo beach
  • More affordable than Santa Barbara
  • Family-friendly, excellent schools, safe neighborhoods
  • 30 wine tasting rooms
  • Local airport for easy travels 

Salary : $260,000
