Showing Agent Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step into a Showing Agent position, learn to work directly with buyers inside the Zillow Flex program, and build consistency while earning rewarding commissions and progressing toward becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent.
As a Showing Agent, you will learn to guide property tours while also developing the art of showing homes and sales together, going beyond simply opening doors. You will learn how to create meaningful buyer conversations during showings, uncover motivation, position homes effectively, and move buyers toward confident decisions. You will also host open houses and stay engaged in communication alongside experienced real estate agents, building real experience through daily activity.
This is a hands on environment where you learn what drives production, how to build trust with buyers, and how to follow proven systems connected to Zillow Flex that support a more consistent real estate business. With repetition, coaching, and clear expectations, you will continue building confidence and skill through real interactions.
